Artist Statement
I am a painter mainly working in watercolor. My subject matter covers landscapes, seascapes, farms, boats, cities, birds, animals and occasional people. In all cases I aim to capture light, design, and mood with minimal brush strokes. I paint plein air as much as possible and then bring the ideas back to the home studio for inspiration.
