Karen Tashkovski - mixed media artist
Artist Statement
Karen Tashkovski is a mixed-media artist. She is currently working in encaustic (a combination of oil paint and beeswax). She has also created a capsule jewelry collection (bracelets and necklaces). Karen has had many solo exhibitions of her artwork over the course of a thirty-plus year career.
She is a graduate of Syracuse University (BFA Studio Art & Fashion Design, MS Art Education) and currently resides in East Syracuse, New York.
